Use the Course Form for proposing, revising or inactivating a course.

Complete the Program Form to propose, revise, or discontinue a program, concentration, emphasis, minor, certificate or credential.  Also used to elevate a concentration to a degree.

Complete the Misc Form to propose a new degree program projection for the Academic Master Plan.

The AMP is approved on campus each fall for submission in January and consideration by the Board of Trustees in March.

Faculty can make the editorial changes to the catalog during the academic year by submitting a Service Now Ticket.  ALL other catalog changes must be submitted for curricular review via CIM.

Log into . From the main screen, select Enrollment Management Catalog. Under Enrollment Systems subtitle, select Academic Request. Once the ticket opens, under Issue Type, select Catalog Editorial Changes Only. Provide a description and any attachments as needed. 


Editorial changes include adding, modifying and removing content from the following:

1. Additional Information at the top of Program pages. 
   1. Department
   2. Department Chair/Director
   3. Phone
   4. Email
   5. Department webpage link
